Inkscape does not default to system theme

I guess just to be a complete pain in the arse, Inkscape defaults to the Adwaita theme, regardless of your system theme. This requires the user to manually change it to their system theme via Preferences > Interface > Theme.

Maybe in future might be worth adding a small case for Inkscape in the launch library to deploy a default preferences XML to the user's .config pre-set to use their selected theme, assuming this XML doesn't already exist.
