Cheese is toasted

The CSD for cheese looks incredibly scuffed:

This issue is primarily because the window size allocation doesn't seem to care about CSD border width in GTK. I did put workarounds in for some stuff like xfce4-settings and glade, it depends what the actual layout of the window is (those windows I think were contained within a frame?)

Worth investigating if there is a workaround, also might affect other GNOME programs, not that I have looked really. I only really use Glade and occasionally Cheese.
