Sublime Tweet doesn't work (greyed menus)

I've just installed Sublime Tweet (1.03) with Package Control on Sublime Text 3 (stable channel, build 3059) and it doesn't work:

• the two items in the Tools menu are greyed;
• the command palette doesn't show any possible action when I type tweet or even tw.

The installation went well and I didn't get any error message.

Exactly same issue, after a year with ST3 Build 3126.

• My binded keys for SublimeTweet does not work
• The two items in the Tools menu are grayed
• Sublime Tweet exists in the list of Package Control: List Packages, but I dont see that in Preferences->Package Settings menu.
