What CPU is target for SSE, SSE2 or above (which can use it with 32bit cpu).

Does it work with old os XPSP3 or need newer only.

Please details on KMeleon main github page so we can read more of what we can use it on.

KM76G should work on any CPUs on XP SP3 or above.
