Replacing calls to the Buffer constructor with Buffer.from()

`new Buffer(...)` is deprecated and unsafe. Would it be possible to replace calls to it with `Buffer.from(...)` in [these places](https://github.com/roytam1/basilisk55/search?q=%22new+Buffer%22&unscoped_q=%22new+Buffer%22)?
