Cmake error

I made the Build directory. I did the commands '$ cmake ..' at /HHParticleFilter/build location.

But I got the error message about the cotire `CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:10 (include): include could not find load file:

cotire

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:38 (cotire): Unknown CMake command "cotire".

-- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred! See also "/home/ai/Downloads/HHParticleFilter/build/CMakeFiles/CMakeOutput.log".` How Can I solve this Problem? How can I install the cotire. I downloaded the cotire pkgs, but I don't know the location of cotire pkgs.
