Erroneous PageDown/PageUp when "Can scroll to the last line of teh top edge of the editor" is disabled

I have disabled Can scroll to the last line of teh top edge of the editor and when I use PageDown to go to the last line of my code, the order of lines gets mixed up. Eg, this is the correct ending of my code:

and this is what I see after I disable this option:

By the way it's "teh" in the option description is a typo.
