Enhancement: Allow in config file to disable/enable functionalities

Add to config file bool to allow users enable or disable what they want or not

• Easter eggs
• Fooduse monitor
• Eliza
• etc

Allow also to put a custom user channel (or many channels, like for Twitch) for the YouTube monitor and a custom channel on Discord.

Hope this get added soon, this bot is the best I found on GitHub!
