Some Images are showing blur in the picker...If i select the blurred image my application is crashing? #56

This is happening for me when photos are edited in the gallery before being selected by the plugin. For example, if I crop a photo or draw on it, i get blurred images when using PHImageRequestOptionsDeliveryMode.FastFormat.
