Feature Request: workspace removal capability

Right now, once a workspace is created, there is no way to remove the workspace. Is it possible to add workspace removal capability to allow user better control the workspace?

aerospace list-workspaces --focused returns multiple workspace

aerospace somehow created extra workspace when I connects my mac to external monitor.  But after I removed the monitor, the extra workspace still remains there. Is it a bug?
