This plugin cleans location and quickfix lists

When this plugin is enabled it cleans both location and quickfix lists after opening a file. And on some other events too, but I don't know which, lists just got cleaned which makes them unusable.

Otherwise this plugin works fine. Thank you! I'll appreciate any help!
