Error when installing on Windows 10

When installing using bundler or using gem install fb -v '0.9.0' --source 'https://rubygems.org/' I get the following error even though I have Firebird installed: ERROR: Error installing fb: ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension. current directory: C:/RailsInstaller/Ruby2.3.3/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0/gems/fb-0.9.0 C:/RailsInstaller/Ruby2.3.3/bin/ruby.exe -r ./siteconf20190422-7048-1hqvyu5.rb extconf.rb No any Firebird instances found in system.

Makefile not found

Gem files will remain installed in C:/RailsInstaller/Ruby2.3.3/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0/gems/fb-0.9.0 for inspection. Results logged to C:/RailsInstaller/Ruby2.3.3/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0/extensions/x86-mingw32/2.3.0/fb-0.9.0/gem_make.out
