Stage view title bar moves when scrolling

If you go to the Stage view, find a file that has enough changes to enable scrolling, then scroll.

The title bar scrolls away from the top.

I've noticed this too, but it doesn't happen all the time. I think it has something to do with relative sizes of the diffs vs. their surrounding content (i.e.: it seems to happen more with many small diffs than it does with few larger ones), but it's tough to tell for sure.

Concur that it started on 10.10.1

This looks like a WebKit issue to me.
