fake requirement
you can set the GUI order on the vanilla advancements screen through the required advancements feature, but that fully locks all progress. so if you have an achievement similar to "walk 10 blocks", then one following it that's "walk 100 blocks", it'll only start counting the 100 after you finish the 10. this can be fixed by simply adding a soft requirement, which would still let you make progress even before the previous one is complete.
