Implement dev server for dev mode

Consider not killing the whole packit child process, instead deeply integrate with it, and instead of generating the whole project all at once, wait for incoming request and then transpile and serve, just like how swc & vite does. This would also become the base for #8 too :)

I'm open for ideas for implementations.
