Daemon for watching settings directory

We can watch directories with rb-fsevent (https://github.com/thibaudgg/rb-fsevent), but it's Mac-only library which is used for example by Guard. For Linux there is rb-inotify.

Good question, exactly I don't know at that moment. I've read this manual http://developer.apple.com/library/mac/#documentation/Darwin/Reference/ManPages/man5/launchd.plist.5.html and found WatchPaths option. I can say when I start linux version.
