Add new features like hashtags

Didn't you think of adding a new feature like adding connections that have something in common with the guy looking for connections? I mean, if you're a developer, you've got nothing to do with some random guys who do plumbing for an example. If you could filter the guys you send the connections to, that would be awesome.
