Restructured Text Bootstrap
This is a good contribution. I could get the straightforward examples running, but I am having serious trouble adapting my original .rst pages with this interface, because it is difficult...
After @akuroiwa PR merging, some page display is weird (components.html, getting-started.html). Probably some page template is wrong relatively to new bootstrap.
It would be nice to have an example how to actually use the script, and which parameters are required.

The footer links on the demo site at http://rougier.github.io/bootstrap-rst/ are broken. Examples · Documentation · About all give a 404.
