Include Block Comments in Matlab File Formatting

Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe. When %{ ... %} block comments are used in a Matlab file (see description of block comments here), the rouge-ruby software doesn't format the enclosed text as comments. When each line is prefixed with %, however, the formatting is applied.

Describe the solution you'd like Could the software be updated to treat %{ ... %} in Matlab files, in exactly the same manner as /* ... */ In C source files?
