[Feature] Ntfy notifications

First of all, this project looks great, it replaces more invasive options (monit, ...).

However, email sometimes is not really something easy to get right/has to be hosted/purchased.

Zed has got ntfy notifications built in and it might be a good idea to have that in here too.

If time allows it of course. I hope you like the idea :smile:
