Is it possible to add RequestHeaders (i.e. User-Agent, Accept) to the requests to download an image?

Is it possible to add RequestHeaders (i.e. User-Agent, Accept) to the requests to download an image? The site I use to download images from will refuse any request unless the HTTP request (url doesnt use https) has these 2 headers).
