MAUI Renderer convert to Slim Renderer Architecture

Once the compatibility handler is up and running, investigation into the feasibility of moving to the new renderer architecture needs to be completed

@kumaresan-cgvak i am working on it in a seperate repo but it currently is in a non-functional state. As my work also depends on this plugin to be up to date for MAUI, I do hope to port it over.
