iOS 13 new Modalpresentationstyle

Is there a way to ensure that all modal dialogs will be shown in "fullscreen" as opposed to "sheet style"?

My modal dialogs can (should) only be dismissed via a close button. However, for the users who've upgraded to iOS 13 can swipe down to remove the modal dialog. How can I prevent this?
