Change how cost basis is displayed in the report for ACB

Problem Definition

Cost basis in the ACB method is affected by all the events with the same asset and not only the ones matched when checking if founds spent were acquired before (like we do in FIFO, LIFO and HIFO). It is confusing since the events that appera there aren't the only ones affecting the cost basis and they don't add any value.

Instead we should present the user with the average cost basis until that point
