Old Maker Contract transactions not decoded

Problem Definition

It seems rotki is not decoding the maker contract 1 transactions (Creating CDP, deposit WETH, borrow SAI, get liquidated etc) For me the most obvious was I couldn't find the transactions where I received my borrowed SAI.
