[design] Group courses into modules

Feature Description

This will require UI in a couple of places and needs to be though about carefully.

• How can we allow our users group courses into a Pathway and users can see what courses are within a collection.
• Students can enrol into a collection and are required to complete all courses before they get certified.
• A collection would have a landing page where people can see more details about

Examples.

1. Coursera has a lot of path ways that is a collection of courses. example Please explore more of coursera. They have one of the best examples of multiple courses in one Pathway. However I don't like their UX but this is just to get an idea.
