Allow changes to picks until game starts

Has anyone made the necessary modifications to allow pick changes up until the game starts? I always found it weird that the week locks completely and doesn't allow 4pm and Monday night changes.

I briefly looked into it and it seems like a lot of work to change.

Check my repo. I don't lock a game until that games kick off.

I heard from someone having an issue with it, but I've tried it on a few different servers and as long as you have the time zone setup right (and the games entered as Eastern Time), I hadn't had any issues myself.
