[Request] Add support for "Rest Reminders"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always forgetting specific items to keep track of during a rest - IE: Group has animals they are traveling with that need a place to rest / food

Describe the solution you'd like Ideally, a "popup" that's triggered when any rest is noticed (short or long) and it brings up a menu where you can add/remove reminders

Describe alternatives you've considered Manual pen/paper

There a a low likelyhood that I will implement this, but anyone else (or you!) are free to implement this feature and create a pull request :)
