Add Plump back-end.

Hi! Your library seems to be the only proper HTML5 parser, but I'm more used to Plump APIs. Thus this PR—to have both an HTML5-compliant parser (that Plump isn't) and Plump APIs.

One thing that I don't necessarily get is the difference between :document and :document-fragment. Is it safe to make both into plump:root (basically a phony toplevel element that all the parsed DOM belong to?)
