Multiple tabs for "Sauce Labs Results" after I upgraded to 1.36

We used to have Sauce Labs version 1.28 in our TeamCity 9.1.5 (build 37377) server. Everything works as expected. Yesterday I installed the Sauce Labs version 1.36. After that I noticed two tabs for "Sauce Labs Results" and testes are failing.

In the teamcity plugin page it looks correct and it shows the version as 1.36. But not sure why I have two tabs for "Sauce Labs Results" .
