Consider having a separate lock file for each set of profiles

If using profiles for example one for my IDE terminal and one for iTerm2 terminal I run in to some issues with having both terminals open at the same time. The lock file is regenerated each time, which is unnecessary. We have a couple of options

• Install all plugins and only make profiles apply when they're actually sourced
• Separate lock file for each group of profiles
