Configuration File Location not documented

I'm unable to find a reference for where the configuration files are stored anywhere in the documentation.I downloaded the program from the AUR and I managed to find "ApplicationLauncher.conf" in my .config folder, but have been unable to find where the configuration file for customizing the menu itself. Can you add this to the wiki?
