[Feature Request] Teckin SL08 Dreamcolor Striplight

Would it be possible to incorporate the Teckin SL08 Dreamcolor Striplight? It's a smart life product, and although the White and Colour options currently work ok, there are 3 additional modes that I can't get working:-

@christopherpm, did you ever get the modes working on it? I guess there isn't much point of having an ARGB or RGBIC strip if all of the lights just stay static ;).

To be honest, I haven't tried to do anything with this for a while. I will get around to testing again, but I have other priorities at the moment.
