Collaboration with xtend_tuya

The problem

Hello, I'm the maintainer of xtend_tuya (an extended version of the cloud based Tuya integration) (https://github.com/azerty9971/xtend_tuya) and I think it would make sense for both of our projects to talk and integrate functionalities together.

What you could benefit from it:

• Automatic retrieval of the cloud API keys
• Automatic retrieval of the dpId and their meaning (type, enum ranges, ...)
• Easier configuration flow for LocalTuya

What my integration could benefit from it:

• Real time value updating
• Non-cloud device messaging

• Localtuya version: NA
• Home Assistant Core version: NA
