Credential issue

Hello, Since 1 week I had an issue with my credential with the daikin residential component. I'm sure about my credential, I tried in the Android app and on the website and it's OK, but it doesn't work with HA :(

I have the error message. For information, my password, is "easy" (12 characters), without special character. image

For information, the component has already worked before.

Do I have to write my credential with a double quote in the configuration file ? `daikin_residential:

email: [email protected] or "[email protected]" or '[email protected]'...

password: password or "Password" or 'Password'.`

I don't know what to suggest, but others have had similar problems and I don't know how they solved... have you tried changing your password? You might also want to have a look at #33 . Hope you can find the solution, please post it if you do... Have a nice day

Hello @rospogrigio, first of all thanks for developing this. Im using https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=my.com.daikin.app&hl=en&gl=US&pli=1 to connect my BRP069C4x based Daikin's. Can we please check if the Asian authentication server is the same as EU's please.

I bet it's not, I think you should sniff the traffic when you authenticate to get the URL of the asian server, sorry...
