[BUG] "create" showing up in tag name

Describe the bug Not sure when this started but all new tags are showing up as "Create [tagname]" after saving it.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to tag field
  2. Type new tag
  3. Note create next to tag name
  4. Save and note create is appended to actual tag value.

Expected behavior Instructions create shouldn't be there

Hey @zanedev! Sorry for the delay, it's been a wild year so far :/

I tried in every major browser, but couldn't reproduce it. Tried selecting the new tag with both the keyboard and the mouse, no luck.

Do you mind trying this again and maybe creating a short screencast?
