Add proper code linting / completion / help

Need to look into how we would integrate external services (e.g. https://langserver.org/ ) and automated generation / build while taking into account things like

• [ ] platform specific dependencies
• [ ] library code

I think anything we can get even from just static code analysis would be better than what we've got.
