Add Plugin for exporting ROSMOD Project to Git Repo

This should back up the model for the current branch (or possibly multiple branches?) and have the generated code in a buildable catkin workspace. It should be able to create a repo if it doesn't exist or push to a repo that already exists (and was generated)
