Update examples

Need to update the Samples seed so that:

AGSE uses HFSM for control logic
AGSE uses ActionLib for messaging
AGSE uses existing control / sensor message types
AGSE saves images and such using the User Artifacts
Intro to ROSMOD shows handling of complex dependencies
Intro to ROSMOD embedded documentation is updated
Intro to ROSMOD is designed to connect to an existing ROS system (e.g. turtlebot)
Intro to ROSMOD components actually perform some simple task
Intro to ROSMOD components utilize HFSM
