filter or action to call after a image/cropped-image-size has changed

Hi, i am the plugin developer of a crop thumbnail plugin (https://github.com/vollyimnetz/crop-thumbnails). A user reported me, that after cropping an image-size the webp-express cache of that image is not cleaned. Thats not supprising cause your plugin do not know about the cropping "under the hood".

Is there any action or filter i could call after the cropping of an image-size to notify webp-express to rebuild the image. Or do your plugin listen to a certain action/filter from wordpress to refresh the webp-images?
