Convert on upload only converting one image size.

Hi - I have set up this plugin and am trying to use it only for converting uploaded images to webp. I need each of the image sizes that WordPress creates to be converted to webp. Right now when I upload I am only seeing the 'medium' size webp images on the server.

Interestingly, when I permanently delete an image from the media manager, a new webp image size is created for the deleted image (in most cases the large size).

My plugin settings are below. Any help you can offer would be appreciated.
