Some windows are invisible
I use the Rose Pine package from the AUR on Arch. With it, some programs have an invisible background. I'm on X11 and I use picom. It only seems to be an issue with GTK4 applications. I set the theme using settings.ini in ~/.config/gtk-4.0.

Without picom, they are just black.

The shown programs are iwgtk and pavucontrol.
This is rather strange. I'm not too familiar with gtk but some experimentation shows that the removing the /usr/share/themes/rose-pines-gtk/gtk-4.0/gtk.css causes it to fall back to the default theme. However even putting an empty file in place causes the issue again. It seems that the entire theme gets overridden whenever there's a gtk-4.0/gtk.css rather than fallback to the default theme. I thought this might be some kind of change/regression in gtk4 but even as far back as gtk-4.10 it still occurs.
Also having this problem. NixOS 25.05 (Warbler) Xfce 4.20 Theme installed from nixpkgs (nvidia graphics card)
Also having this issue on arch linux. Install through AUR. Using AMD graphics card. Problem consistent among all of the themes.
EDIT: Also worth mentioning that I am using Wayland
it seems like the gtk4.0 theme is broken. gtk 3 apps work just fine but i get the same problem on all gtk4 apps.
Same issue here, using nixos
Same issue with Handbrake. Using Wayland/Hyprland.
I might suggest using Rewaita at this point, GTK4 has gotten very weird with theming. Rewaita now also has a built in Rosé Pine theme which I PR'd to them.
