Gnome Shell Is Broken

The GTK theme works flawless, but if you try to use it in Gnome as the shell even after compressing the right files and installing the theme it wont apply to Gnome Shell apps like settings or files. This does not impact me too much since I dont daily Gnome, but it was just a problem I found in a Gnome VM I keep around to see if Gnome ever gets good.
