Considering we have control over user's account this issue is easy to implement. Moreover I think it's a very useful thing that should be there since like 4 months now.

It would be really helpful as currently there is no reasonable option to deal with such situations. I'm using tensorhive and over last ~2 weeks had 5 situations that my reservation began but someone's processes were running on GPUs. I think that the possibility to enable and configure that per reservation (as described in https://github.com/roscisz/TensorHive/issues/207) is a great idea!
