On-the-fly configuration from web app

Panel for which nodes to monitor, protect, etc. should be configurable from web app. Control user permission to monitor, see/make reservations for specific resources.

Useful, but not essential in fixed environments. Requires some effort which can be postponed until we get bigger community

If so, I'll leave it open with nice-to-have label. Maybe one day someone picks it up
