Resolution of time selection

Subject of the issue

It should be possible to choose the time with 5 minutes resolution (as the picture suggests) not 30 minutes resolution.

Our experience shows that 30 minutes is fine. However, this should be easily configurable. @filschod, can you provide information where it can be configured?
