Dump anonymized data

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. @dkuku cannot test certain data visualizations without real data. But we cannot give dumps of the production data base to contributors because of data privacy.

Describe the solution you'd like If we could anonymize the data before creating the dump, then we can share it among team.

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently only the administrator is able to develop the data visualization on the real data. We could also create similar seed data, but then we have to adjust that seed data manually.
