My-broadcasts: Tweet feedback

• What is the current behavior? If you increase the budget for one broadcasts, nothing special happens.

• What is the expected behavior? The system could know that I am a very big fan of the broadcast and could ask me for the reason. E.g. it could ask me to send a tweet about this broadcast and why I like it.

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior? To give more feedback to the broadcast producers.

• If you want to request a whole new feature, please provide a user story (otherwise delete):

   • I want ask big fans of my broadcast to tweet about the reason why they like the broadcast
   • So that I get better feedback
2. • As a user
   • I want want to send a tweet when I increase the budget for a broadcast
   • So that I can tell my followers about the broadcast
