Epic: Show the development of one broadcast over the last 6 months

• What is the current behavior? There is just a placeholder: https://rundfunk-mitbestimmen.de/visualize/time

• What is the expected behavior? The should be a line diagram, displaying the development of the total amount of the broadcast over the last 6 months.

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior? To see a sudden increase or drop of support and to see if we can relate this to a certain event.
