Rename `station` to `channel`
@roschaefer, I think I may have gotten somewhat confused during our talk. Station is a good name for something that is broadcasted to a radio or tv.
The word broadcast primarily serves to emphasize a one-to-many relationship; station emphasizes a fixed location or entity, and channel (when used) makes it clear that two or more things might be coming from the same station.
When used in conversation, the best wording for a station is related to the interface for which it is being consumed and (therefore) is often omitted altogether or is just referred to by a brand name. For example: Go to ESPN.
I will have to think about this some more --maybe get the opinion of some additional people-- replacing station with the word brand would be more flexible and direct.
